Jumeirah Burj Al Arab is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the pre-opening housekeeping strategy and shape the guest experience for a landmark luxury hotel in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in luxury housekeeping, extensive pre-opening experience, and a proven ability to inspire large teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with Rooms, Front Office and Engineering to deliver impeccable standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in luxury housekeeping.
• Significant pre-opening experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership in large, high-profile hotel environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening housekeeping strategy and plan.
• Set and elevate housekeeping standards, procedures and rituals.
• Oversee operations, workforce planning, training and performance.
• Manage departmental budgets, inventories, and guest supplies.
• Collaborate with Rooms, Front Office, Engineering and external partners.
• Champion innovations in housekeeping methods and guest amenities.
