Responsibilities

• Clean assigned suites and bathrooms thoroughly according to property standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and ensure rooms are arranged correctly.
• Complete housekeeping paperwork as required for each shift.
• Inspect furniture, fixtures, and in-room facilities and report damages or missing items.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in assigned floors, corridors, stairways, and service pantries.
• Report malfunctioning items to the engineering team through the Housekeeping Coordinator.
• Communicate unusual incidents, complaints, or irregular guest behaviour to the Team Leader.
• Ensure full compliance with fire safety, hygiene, health, and hotel policies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
