Job summary

Jumeirah is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. You will support outlet operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with procedures while engaging guests and resolving concerns promptly.

You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, inventory control and cost management, and lead a team through coaching and development in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or F&B Management; Health & Safety cert is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably luxury environments.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling, inventory management and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with ability to motivate and coach colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and adherence to procedures.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging guests, addressing feedback and resolving concerns promptly.
• Assist in managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, inventory and cost control.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through training and workforce planning.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, hygiene and brand presentation across the outlet.
• Collaborate with management to drive business objectives and improve guest satisfaction and profitability.
