Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager to supervise the daily operation of the luxury F&B outlet, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and financial controls. You will lead a hands-on team, maintain guest relationships, and uphold the property's luxury standards during service.

You will train and coach staff, plan staffing, brief before shifts, and coordinate with Culinary, Beverage, and other departments to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant F&B service experience with supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of outlet operations, guest service, menu presentation, upselling, cashiering, inventory control, and cost management.
• Proven leadership in training, performance management, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring efficient, professional, and flexible service according to standards and concept.
• Maintain a hands-on presence during service, especially at peak periods.
• Train, coach, and develop the outlet team in service procedures, menu knowledge, upselling, guest engagement, and luxury service standards.
• Plan staffing levels, duty schedules, and deployment according to forecasted volumes.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings covering reservations, VIP guests, menu updates, and priorities.
• Ensure a warm, professional image and positive guest relationships.
• Monitor guest experience and resolve complaints promptly with follow-up.
• Liaise with Culinary, Beverage, and other departments to maintain service efficiency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outlet areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure cashiering, billing, and POS procedures follow controls.
