Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of the luxury Food & Beverage outlet, delivering exceptional service and guest satisfaction while upholding the property’s high standards. You will oversee service, train and coach the team, manage staffing and inventories, and collaborate with Culinary and Beverage to optimize quality and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of luxury F&B experience with supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of outlet operations, guest service, cash handling, inventory control, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the outlet, ensuring luxurious service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a hands-on leadership presence during peak service periods.
• Train, coach, and develop the outlet team in service procedures and upselling.
• Plan staffing, schedules and deployment based on forecasted volumes.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Beverage and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
