Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an experienced Outlet Manager for a luxury F&B outlet in Dubai. Lead daily operations, ensure exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and financial control while guiding a hands-on team to deliver service aligned with luxury standards.

You will plan staffing, coach staff, coordinate with Culinary and Beverage teams, monitor guest feedback, and drive improvements to uphold profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant F&B service experience, including supervisory or management experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of outlet operations, guest service, menu presentation, upselling techniques, cashiering procedures, inventory control, and cost management.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in training, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-relations skills, with the ability to resolve concerns professionally and deliver effective service recovery.
• Strong organizational and commercial awareness, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and hotel management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring efficient, professional, and flexible service in line with standards.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence during peak periods to support the team and guest experience.
• Ensure team members perform duties accurately and consistently across all tasks.
• Train, coach, and develop the outlet team in service procedures, menu knowledge, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Plan staffing levels, duty rosters, and deployment according to forecasted volumes.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings covering reservations, VIPs, menu updates, and priorities.
• Maintain warm, professional image and build positive guest relationships.
• Monitor guest experience and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
