Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager, In-Room Dining to lead the complete in-room dining experience for guests in rooms, suites and VIP residences. You will oversee order taking, preparation coordination, delivery, presentation and guest follow-up, ensuring discreet, timely service that upholds luxury standards.

In this role you will drive revenue through upselling and seasonal promotions, manage staffing and budgets, coordinate with Culinary, Front Office and Housekeeping, and coach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Food & Beverage service experience with supervisory/management exposure in luxury in-room dining.
• Strong knowledge of in-room dining service, order taking, and VIP amenities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily in-room dining operation, ensuring efficient service across all meal periods.
• Monitor orders for accuracy, timing, presentation, and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with Culinary to manage prep times, menu availability, dietary requirements and allergies.
• Train and develop the In-Room Dining team in service standards and upselling techniques.
• Drive in-room dining revenue through suggestive selling and personalized guest experiences.
