Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a New Openings Support Manager in Dubai to oversee pre-opening activities for luxury hotel openings. You will coordinate with regional teams, property leadership, and corporate colleagues to ensure milestones, budgets, and SOPs are executed on time and in line with brand standards.

In this role you will manage multiple projects across cultures, develop and maintain trackers, assist with OS&E coordination, and support post-opening review processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or pre-opening environments.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments and regions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-opening activities across corporate departments and property leadership.
• Track opening milestones, budgets, manning, systems readiness.
• Escalate risks and support regular reporting and status reviews.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and meeting minutes.
