Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a New Openings Support Manager to coordinate and support the delivery of new hotel openings across the Aman portfolio. You will work with Regional New Openings Managers, corporate teams and property leadership to ensure milestones, operational readiness and brand standards are executed on time.

The role is office-based and exposes you to multiple luxury hospitality projects across the pre-opening lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality, hotel operations, guest experience, project coordination, or pre-opening environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-opening activities across corporate departments, regional teams and property leadership.
• Plan and track opening milestones, budgets, manning, procurement systems, readiness and operational setup.
• Escalate risks, delays or challenges as required.
• Consolidate updates and support regular reporting and reviews.
• Develop and maintain pre-opening SOPs, tools and templates.
• Support OS&E coordination and budget/manning tracking in partnership with Finance/HR.
