Job summary

Aman Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Brand Manager to lead branding for its Residences and hospitality projects across the EMEA region. The role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative production and sales, based in the Dubai Corporate Office.

The Senior Brand Manager serves as the brand guardian for EMEA projects, coordinating with Aman Studio London, reviewing briefs, and ensuring GTM strategies reflect audience insights, competition and destination positioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury, hospitality, branded residences or a similar creative field.
• Ability to interrogate briefs and articulate audience, positioning, USPs and channel fit for destination-led luxury projects.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual storytelling for high-end clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of architecture, interiors, or real estate marketing collateral is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the EMEA brand guardian ensuring all project deliverables align with Aman brand standards and project positioning.
• Review collateral such as floorplans, CGI renders, brochures, presentations and branded touchpoints.
• Maintain brand consistency across the EMEA portfolio with local market nuances and destination insights.
• Develop project positioning, messaging and storytelling that articulates each destination’s value proposition.
• Translate architecture, design, location and heritage elements into compelling brand narratives.
• Evaluate and challenge project briefs to define audience, landscape and channel strategy.
• Serve as the key liaison between the Dubai regional office and Aman Studio for alignment.
• Partner with developers and internal teams to uphold brand standards and creative excellence.
• Act as the primary EMEA contact for developers and project teams.
• Contribute market intelligence and maintain high-quality outputs.
