Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Omnichannel Project Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives in the Middle East, aligning business, digital, retail and operations across the region.

The role blends project management with hands-on execution, driving scoping, development, launch and run-phase optimization of omnichannel initiatives, including e-commerce, loyalty, client journeys and new channels.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in project management, digital, E-Commerce, retail or consulting.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Digital, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure priorities, coordinate stakeholders and follow through on execution.
• Comfortable working with data, digital platforms and operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Preferably based in the UAE.
