Job summary

Ounass in Dubai seeks a Merchandising Administration Assistant to support product, order and inventory data across dedicated categories. You will work with Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance and Content teams to ensure smooth merchandise flow from order to delivery and online launch.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fashion, merchandising, business admin or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in merchandising administration, buying administration, or luxury retail operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, purchase-order and inventory information across systems and databases.
• Update orders, cycles and trackers with accurate product details, quantities and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Buyers, Merchandisers and cross-functional teams to provide status updates.
• Follow up with suppliers on confirmations, timelines and documentation.
• Assist with weekly stock reports and administrative summaries for Merchandising and Buying teams.
