Job summary

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lobby Hostess to warmly welcome guests and provide outstanding luxury service. You will coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and F&B teams to ensure a seamless arrival and exceptional guest experience.

The role requires professionalism, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior luxury hotel experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, or luxury hotel operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional grooming and presentation in line with 5-star hotel standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with directions, hotel information, facilities, events, and services.
• Manage guest flow in the lobby and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to meet guest needs.
• Escort VIP guests when required and provide personalized service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation options, and promotions.
• Monitor lobby appearance and report any cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns.
• Support guest relations activities and special events.
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards, policies, and luxury service protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the hotel's brand image at all times.
