Job summary

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi is seeking an F&B Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet, uphold the highest standards of guest service, product quality, cleanliness and efficiency. The role supports the Outlet Manager in leading the team and achieving exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and Housekeeping, and assist with cost control while ensuring HACCP, hygiene and hotel procedures are followed in a luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of Food & Beverage experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience in F&B.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service operations.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure proper outlet preparation.
• Deliver personalized guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop F&B colleagues.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Assist with cost control, stock management, inventory management, billing, and daily reporting.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper handling and storage of products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, health, safety, and hotel procedures.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and guest-focused working environment.
• Support the management team in achieving guest satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
