Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide attentive service according to Fairmont standards.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen or bar.
• Serve promptly with correct presentation.
• Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverages.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and organized.

• Handle guest requests professionally and report issues.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support banquet and other F&B operations when required.
• Follow cash handling procedures and guest checks.
