Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the luxury leisure segment. You will attract high-net-worth individuals, families and leisure groups, crafting tailored sales strategies for two iconic properties and expanding brand visibility in international markets.

Lead cross-functional teams with Marketing, Revenue and Operations to optimise bookings and guest satisfaction while maintaining the luxury positioning of Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in luxury hospitality sales and leisure travel
• Experience building relationships with luxury travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai through leisure-focused sales strategies
• Develop tailored packages and promotions for high-net-worth clients
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and luxury travel advisors
• Monitor leisure sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize bookings and profitability
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop compelling leisure campaigns and partnerships
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless guest journey from enquiry to on-property experience
• Partner with Revenue Management to optimize opportunities and hotel performance
