Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai & Delano Dubai seek a seasoned Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and brand visibility in the leisure segment across two iconic luxury properties. You will attract high-net-worth guests, travel partners and VIP clients, shaping tailored sales strategies and strengthening market presence.

Lead leisure campaigns, build partnerships, and collaborate with Marketing, Revenue and Operations to maximise bookings and guest satisfaction in a premium Dubai setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing new business and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with luxury hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and/or luxury travel advisors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Drive leisure revenue by targeting affluent travellers, luxury vacationers, families and leisure groups.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute leisure-focused sales strategies for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and luxury partners.
• Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor bookings, revenue contribution, production and market trends and report insights.
• Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on trends and competitor activity to maintain a advantage.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Revenue, Operations and senior management to achieve objectives.
