Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the leisure segment. You will target high-net-worth individuals, families, luxury travellers, and leisure groups across key markets.

Lead tailored sales strategies, develop partnerships and campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to maximise bookings and guest satisfaction across both properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably luxury hotel sector.
• Experience with leisure travel and high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury leisure travel trends, markets and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leisure opportunities and partnerships to maximise revenue.
• Develop leisure-focused sales strategies aligned with luxury properties' branding.
• Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel advisors.
• Monitor leisure sales performance and adjust strategies based on market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue to create campaigns and optimise guest journey.
