Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all design output, project management, scheduling, client relations and admin tasks, with lead designer duties from inception to completion, including site supervision. Successful candidates will have extensive UAE luxury project experience, strong creative and management skills, and a proven Dubai project history.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture; strong portfolio of luxury projects.
• Proven experience as Studio Manager or Senior Interior Designer leading design teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp and 3DS Max.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead a team of designers and production staff, ensuring client management and clear production schedules.
• Collaborate with HR on roles, performance management, and recruitment.
• Coordinate proposals and deliveries with Sales for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing on content, opportunities and final project visuals.
• Manage deliverables, provide training, and develop KPIs for the team.
• Oversee project supervision onsite and remotely, ensuring timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
