Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai is seeking a Design Manager to lead cross-functional design teams and drive project delivery from concept to handover. You will coordinate with production, sales, marketing and admin to ensure cohesive studio results and client satisfaction.

The role demands strong leadership, advanced design expertise, and hands-on project oversight. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in interior design/architecture, proven design-management experience, and proficiency in industry tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Interior Designer.
Expertise in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial interior design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel/Word, PowerPoint, SketchUp and 3DS Max.

Responsibilities

Oversee and foster collaboration across design, production, sales, marketing and admin teams.
Take ownership of design process from initiation to handover.
Lead designers from concept to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage weekly meetings and KPI tracking.
Represent ELE Interior at industry events.
