Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai seeks a senior architect-interior designer to lead luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from concept through construction, ensuring design integrity and client alignment.

You will manage client meetings, coordinate with contractors and vendors, supervise a design team, and deliver space plans, drawings, and FF&E packages that meet local codes and high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Proven experience in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality design.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end and manage cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development from concept to final implementation.
• Maintain client relationships and lead presentations.
• Oversee space planning, material and FF&E selection.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Mentor junior designers and manage project timelines.
