Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of hospitality, luxury residential and commercial interiors, from concept to completion. You will manage teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, present designs, review drawings, and ensure regulatory compliance while keeping the brand message strong.

The role requires 7+ years of UAE experience, a Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior Design, and the ability to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UAE experience in Hospitality, Luxury Residential and Commercial sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design is required.
• Proven experience leading design and execution with strong creative vision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage teams and present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of interior spaces from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and contractors to meet project goals.
• Develop designs, presentations, drawings (3D/2D) and renderings.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage procurement and tender processes.
• Oversee on-site and remote supervision, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
