You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors, shaping space planning, finishes, and design strategy while ensuring code compliance and schedule adherence. A strong portfolio and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with interest in full interior design work.
• Experience in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp; 3D visualization support handled internally or externally.
• Willingness to travel and lead projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to final implementation across architectural and interior design.
• Be the primary client contact for architectural and interior design aspects.
• Oversee space planning, materials, finishes, and design strategy for luxury, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with procurement and visualization teams.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and hospitality standards; manage project schedules.
