Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in FF&E, construction, real estate or fit-out.
• Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory.
• Strong spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Energetic, proactive and resilient with a clear focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Systematically cover assigned geographical areas and identify active residential construction and renovation sites.
• Visit sites, follow access procedures, and establish contact with contractors, consultants, designers and private clients.
• Present HMA Living's offering across kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, lighting and other interior categories.
• Identify project requirements, budgets, timelines and decision-makers to generate qualified inquiries.
• Arrange showroom visits and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales and design teams.
• Record contacts, site visits and lead details in the CRM, with clear follow-up information.
• Meet agreed targets for prospecting activity and qualified lead generation.
