Job summary

Foreground is partnering with a boutique, design-led luxury interior design studio based in Dubai. The Design Manager will lead all interior design output across the studios luxury residential and hospitality portfolio, ensuring cohesive creative direction from concept through detailed design.

You will mentor the design team, review key deliverables, and work with studio leadership to manage workloads, standards, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in high-end interior design.
• Strong portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all interior design output across studios' luxury projects.
• Maintain creative direction from concept through detailed design.
• Review key deliverables prior to client issue and ensure quality.
