Job summary

OBMI’s Dubai Studio seeks a Lead Designer – Interior Design to shape and deliver luxury hospitality interior environments across Middle East and beyond. You will lead design direction on large-scale projects, mentor designers, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure design intent remains intact from concept through documentation and construction.

Qualifications

8–12 years of professional interior design experience with luxury hospitality shows strong leadership.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
Proven ability to lead design teams from concept through documentation and implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead development of interior design concepts from early concept through documentation and development.
Shape design narratives and translate them into cohesive interior experiences.
Direct large-scale projects across local and international markets.
Mentor design teams, coordinate multidisciplinary collaboration, ensure QA/QC.
Present concepts to clients, reflect feedback in the design process.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants.
Review drawings, finish schedules, samples, and specifications for quality.
