Qualifications

• Senior interior designer with luxury hospitality experience.

We are recruiting for a leading international design practice an Associate Designer to join its Dubai-based studio working across an exceptional portfolio of luxury hotel resort and branded residential projects across the Middle East and internationally

This is a senior design and leadership opportunity for an experienced designer with a strong background in high-end hospitality and or luxury residential interiors who is confident leading design teams managing client relationships and delivering projects to an exceptionally high standard

The Associate Designer will play a key role in the creative and project delivery process leading teams of designers across complex high-profile luxury projects

The role combines design leadership team management and client engagement with significant exposure to international projects and leading hospitality brands

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of designers throughout the design process
• Drive design quality ensuring a strong and consistent creative vision
• Work closely with clients, operators, consultants and project stakeholders
• Present design concepts and develop strong client relationships
• Oversee design development and coordinate with wider project teams
• Contribute creatively to luxury hotel resort and branded residential projects
• Manage multiple project priorities while maintaining exceptional design standards
• Represent the studio confidently with clients and external partners

You will be an accomplished interior designer with significant experience working on luxury hospitality, resort and/or branded residential projects. You will combine strong creative ability with proven leadership, communication and client-management skills. Experience working on Middle Eastern and international projects is highly desirable, as is experience with leading luxury hotel or residential brands
