Ideal candidates will have strong AutoCAD, 3D visualization skills, and a track record of delivering bespoke interiors for high-net-worth clientele, with ability to negotiate and close luxury deals.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-end luxury interior projects.
• Ability to manage vendors from concept to execution.
• Strong collaboration with premium brands and clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brands to finalise designs and create detailed BOQs and quotes.
• Act as end-to-end brand ambassador, managing vendor relationships and sourcing new luxury vendors.
• Conduct vendor research, onboarding, and agreement approvals for smooth project execution.
• Design and deliver customised interior projects for high-net-worth clients, ensuring exclusivity.
• Lead business development leveraging the high-end experience center to attract elite clients.
• Manage high-net-worth clients with expectations for premium designs.
• Engage with vendors for long-term negotiations (up to 8 months).
• Sell projects with minimal supervision, showing strong self-motivation.
