Job summary

Uae Job Alert seeks a Design Manager (Interior) to oversee the interior design of private luxury properties in Dubai. You will guide concepts through construction documentation, coordinating with international consultants to uphold the highest luxury standards.

You will also assist with material and FF&E selections, contribute to final styling, and create in-house concepts for smaller projects, including presentations and creative direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of comprehensive experience in interior design, specializing in luxury hospitality and private assets.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, codes, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess and define design requirements for client briefs and create mood boards.
• Consultant selection and management to align with the client’s vision.
• Design execution including layouts, detailed drawings, and FF&E specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials and industry developments.
• Budget and timeline management to ensure projects meet agreed targets.
• Provide feedback on procedures to ensure clarity and relevance throughout projects.
