Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking an experienced In-Room Dining and Mini Bar Manager to lead its in-room dining and minibar operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury F&B experiences while maintaining personalised service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in premium or luxury food and beverage operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of wine, champagne, and beverage operations.
• Experience delivering personalised guest service in premium hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily In‑Room Dining and Mini Bar operations to luxury standards.
• Oversee service flow, staffing, menu execution, and presentation.
• Ensure guest orders and service requests are handled efficiently.
• Monitor minibar stock and revenue controls.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments.
