Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, corridors, and pantries, replenishing supplies, and ensuring bathrooms meet luxury hotel standards.

You will support maintenance reporting, assist with turn-down services, and respond to guest questions in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a Room Attendant or similar role in a hotel.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good personality and positive attitude, energetic and friendly.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and corridors to hotel standards.
• Replenish supplies and ensure bathrooms are stocked.
• Report any maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and pantries in assigned areas.
• Provide turn-down service and respond to guest requests courteously.
