This role involves scheduling shifts, monitoring stock and budgets, conducting inspections and training, and driving service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury hotel housekeeping.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards.
• Lead and develop a diverse housekeeping team.
• Assist in shift scheduling and daily operations management.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand standards.
• Inspect areas and enforce corrective actions.
