Qualifications

• Related Work Experience: 2 years work experience in Stewarding Department.

Responsibilities

• To make sure that all kitchen areas and other back-of-house food & beverage areas are cleaned to Standard operating procedures
• To make sure that the correct set up of banquet function following exactly the banquet function order as per discuss in the Banquet Event Order Meeting
• To make sure that each outlet is supplied with clean and dry operating equipment.
• To make sure that all food production areas are supplied with clean and dry kitchen equipment.
• To make sure that staff use the correct eq
• To make ensure that correct chemicals are used for cleaning task.
• To be responsible for the proper waste disposal in the hotel and the cleanness in the waste disposal room.
• To make sure that all Kitchen areas and back of the House areas are Supplied with clean garbage cans every time
• Work to the hygiene schedules and close down checklists that are laid out.
• To keep up to date records of cleaning and dishwasher temperatures etc., as instructed.
• To ensure the dishwasher is emptied after each use and the area is kept clean and to hygiene standards as laid down by both legal company standards manual.
• To monitor and control the breakage and loss of all operating equipment.
• To respond to changes in the departmental function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
• To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• To support colleagues at all times to ensure team work is maintained.
• To be aware of department objectives and assist in achieving them.
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy relating to fire, hygiene and safety.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
