Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times following Rixos Hotels Standards.
• Perform duties in the assigned place of work and support team in F&B operations.
• Rotate within sub departments of the Food & Beverage Division as required.
• Adhere to opening/closing procedures and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Understand HACCP procedures and monitor supplies to reduce waste.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and report issues with follow-up.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to trainings.
