Job summary

Kerzner International's One&Plus Royal Mirage in Dubai seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue from Russia and CIS markets within the luxury leisure segment. You will build strong relationships with key partners and coordinate sales activities with internal teams to deliver premium experiences.

The role requires fluent Russian and English, 2+ years in luxury hotel sales, a UAE driving license, and willingness to travel to Russia and CIS countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort sales role.
• Fluent Russian and English, written and spoken, are essential.
• Experience with Russian and CIS markets and travel partners is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales strategies for Russia and CIS markets to grow revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tour operators, luxury agencies and DMCs.
• Follow up with existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate sales trips, roadshows and partner events, including international travel.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts and offers; monitor performance data.
