One&Only Royal Mirage seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth in Russia and CIS markets, focusing on luxury leisure and high-end FIT. The role requires strong Russian and English communication, hospitality background, and the ability to build enduring partner relationships.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to deliver premium experiences and meet revenue targets, traveling as needed to deepen market presence.

Formación

• Fluent in Russian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in luxury hotel sales and travel partner management.
• Understanding of high-end leisure markets and partner networks.

Responsabilidades

• Support Russia & CIS sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tour operators and luxury travel partners.
• Coordinate sales trips, events and partner visits when required.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and contracts for partners.
• Monitor performance data and update records in CRM.
