Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in luxury hospitality sales with international exposure.
• Fluency in Russian and English is essential; CIS language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of travel trade dynamics, tour operators, travel agencies, and DMCs.

Responsibilities

• Manage tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, and distribution partners for Russia and CIS.
• Grow room night production and revenue through existing accounts.
• Identify and pursue new travel trade partnerships with commercial potential.
• Implement Russia and CIS sales strategy to meet revenue and market-share targets.
• Conduct regular calls and meetings with key accounts; deliver product training and webinars.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and joint marketing with partners and internal teams.
• Monitor account performance, booking patterns, and market trends for action.
• Represent Atlantis Dubai at trade events and partner meetings.
