Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Dubai seeks a maintenance attendant to respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance and assist with system inspections. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some maintenance experience; a drivers license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards; communicate daily activities across shifts.
