Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years in a similar role within a Luxury Hotel or Healthcare environment in the UAE.
• Strong hands-on knowledge and experience in general maintenance and multi-skilled engineering works.
• Ability to work autonomously with proactive initiative to resolve issues efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure maintenance meets high luxury standards.
• Proactive maintenance mindset with timely reporting of issues and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house and hotel facilities.
• Deal with minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, tiling and painting works as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns within designated timelines.
• Ensure all works meet highest quality, safety and precision standards for FIVE hotels.
• Repairs and maintains facilities to minimize disruption to hotel operations and guest experiences.
