Job summary

Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa seeks a hotel maintenance engineer to respond to guest repair requests and maintain building systems. You will perform preventive maintenance on kitchen and mechanical room equipment and inspect tools and equipment regularly.

The role requires basic knowledge of air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building controls, plus ability to follow safety protocols and use Lockout/Tagout as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or engineering is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Inspect and test tools, equipment, and alarms.
• Carry equipment and locate shut-off valves; document daily activities.
• Follow safety policies and ensure clean and well-maintained areas.
