We seek a Diploma/Certification in HVAC with 2–3 years hotel experience and a proactive approach to energy‑efficient maintenance. Shifts include weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of HVAC Technician experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Valid HVAC/Refrigeration trade certification or equivalent as per local authority requirements.
• Experience with hotel HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and BMS controls.
• Strong preventive and corrective maintenance knowledge.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous inspection, preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and calibrate equipment in compliance with local regulations and FIVE safety standards.
• Respond rapidly to breakdowns, minimising disruption and maintaining guest comfort.
• Identify and resolve faults in mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control systems.
• Inspect and maintain AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, compressors, and ventilation.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, and IAQ across guest areas and back‑of‑house.
• Support Building Management System (BMS) operations and energy‑efficient solutions.
• Maintain accurate records for inspections, PMs, breakdowns, and audits.
