Job summary

NH Collection Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cluster AC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems at Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of cooling and ventilation across two hotel properties, ensuring comfort for guests and staff.

Requirements include a technical HVAC qualification and 2–3 years of hotel HVAC experience, with good English communication and knowledge of BMS systems.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or equivalent in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of AC/HVAC technician experience, hotel experience preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of refrigerant handling and safety procedures.
• Ability to read HVAC drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems across hotel properties.
• Inspect and repair FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, and split/package AC units.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and carry out repairs.
• Monitor system performance and ensure energy-efficient operation.
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with Engineering for BMS alarms and plant room inspections.
