Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and luxury service.

You will lead room attendants, conduct inspections, train staff, and coordinate tasks to deliver a seamless guest experience aligned with the Banyan Tree brand, while maintaining safety, hygiene and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and luxury room standards.
• Experience with cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure luxury standards are met.
• Supervise and coordinate room attendants and housekeeping staff during shifts.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate priorities clearly.
• Monitor productivity and quality, and support deep cleaning schedules.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and ensure VIP preferences are fulfilled.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
