Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the overall housekeeping operations. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction for guest rooms, suites and public areas at an upscale property.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in luxury hotel housekeeping, strong leadership and excellent communication skills, with English as a primary language.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in upscale or luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations.
• Supervise and inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Coordinate manpower planning, rosters and team deployment by occupancy.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering for timely room readiness.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
• Monitor supplies, inventory and cost controls; support budgeting.
