Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Housekeeping to lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring pristine guest rooms and public areas in a luxury setting.

You will supervise team members, coordinate room readiness for VIP guests, and collaborate across departments to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping Operations, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant housekeeping experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, inspections, linen management, inventory, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Coordinate room assignments, priorities, and staff deployment based on occupancy and VIP needs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and timely room readiness.
• Lead and develop Housekeeping Team Leaders and Room Attendants; provide coaching and training.
• Communicate occupancy levels, priorities, VIP arrivals, and department updates in daily briefings.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, Security, and other departments on readiness and guest requests.
