Qualifications

• Must be pursuing or have completed a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Hotel Management.
• Interest in Housekeeping operations, luxury hospitality and people leadership.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Russian, French or German is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in operational planning, team supervision and quality management.
• Flexibility and adaptability across Housekeeping functions.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across key Housekeeping functions including guest rooms, public areas, linen and laundry operations.
• Support the Housekeeping leadership team in coordinating daily departmental activities and ensuring smooth operations.
• Learn and apply luxury hospitality cleanliness, presentation and quality standards.
• Assist with room inspections and quality checks to meet established standards.
• Develop understanding of scheduling, task allocation, productivity and operational planning.
• Support guest requests and personalised service experiences as part of the team.
