• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar Front Office supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, guest relations, and complaint-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in hotel PMS.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
