Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Relations lead to maximize guest satisfaction across arrivals, stays, and departures. You will personally greet VIP guests, coordinate with the Concierge and Butler for events, and ensure VIPs receive top recognition and tailored amenities.

Strong communication and hotel software experience are essential. Responsibilities include managing guest histories, coordinating with airport services, and driving cross-hotel promotions while delivering seamless

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Guest Relations, Front Desk or Customer Service experience in hospitality.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of Guest Relations to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure guests receive benefits and VIPs receive special recognition and service.
• Meet and greet VIP guests personally and coordinate with Concierge and Butler for events.
• Prepare compendiums prior guest arrival and update repeat guest history.
• Promote inter-hotel sales and attend to special guest requests or complaints.
• Maintain room allocations, amenities, and requisitions for VIPs.
