Job summary

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is seeking a Cost Controller / Business Analyst to support financial operations for a luxury property. The role combines cost control, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive profitability.

You will work with Operations and F&B teams, prepare regular financial reports, and develop into a finance business partner through mentoring. A finance or accounting degree and hotel accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/bachelor's in finance or accounting.
• Professional accounting certification preferred.
• Over 1 year of hotel accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operating costs, payroll, and departmental expenses against budgets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Collect and validate financial data from systems (POS, PMS, Excel, BI tools).
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and internal controls.
