Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a Host/Hostess or premium customer-facing role.
• Warm, confident, and sophisticated communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and guest flow.
• Comfortable using reservation and guest management systems.
• High level of discretion, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
• Composed and adaptable with a passion for creating memorable member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage member and guest expectations professionally during busy periods, providing accurate information and timely updates.
• Coordinate closely with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to ensure smooth seating, table readiness, and service flow.
• Maintain accurate reservation and member information while handling personal details with appropriate discretion and confidentiality.
• Respond confidently to enquiries regarding menus, Club facilities, events, and experiences.
• Support the resolution of member and guest feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
